Teaching and Mentoring

Philosophy

Every student has a connection to the environment. In my teaching, I aim to leverage this connection and foster the student's curiosity to understand how environmental systems—and terrestrial systems in particular—work. Recognizing that environmental scientists must grasp both the complexities of natural systems and the impacts of human activities on these systems, I strive to equip students with the confidence and practical tools necessary to analyze and address real-world environmental challenges.
